Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping rates
- Australia, standard: $10. FREE on orders of $100 or more.
- Australia, express: $15.
- New Zealand, standard: $20.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The shipping options and costs for your address appear at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Huntingwood, NSW, the same or next business day. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also track your order here.
Delivery times
After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes: NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD 1–3 business days; SA and TAS 2–4; WA and NT 3–6; New Zealand 5–10. Express is faster.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, let us know through our contact form with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
New Zealand orders
New Zealand orders may be subject to import duties or GST charged by New Zealand authorities. If any apply, they're the customer's responsibility.
