These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. The site is operated by PHD Corporation Pty Ltd, trading as OCD Nutrition ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
OCD Nutrition products are formulated supplementary sports foods and beverages. Read the label before use and follow the directions and warnings. Our products aren't suitable for children, or for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or take medication, speak to your doctor before use. Stimulant products contain caffeine, so don't combine them with other caffeine sources.
Product images are for illustration only. Always check the label on the product you receive.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers.
3. Orders
An order is accepted once it has been dispatched. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if:
- the product is out of stock;
- there was a pricing or listing error; or
- we suspect fraud or reselling.
We may limit the quantity of any product per customer.
4. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are valid while stocks last and can't be exchanged for cash. Unless stated otherwise:
- only one free gift applies per order; and
- discount codes can't be combined with other product discounts.
We may change or end a promotion at any time. Competitions and the Hell Raisers program have their own terms, published on their pages.
5. Subscribe & Save
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you get 10% off the regular price, and we charge your saved payment method and send your order at the frequency you choose (for example, every month). The price charged is the regular price at the time of each order, less the subscription discount.
You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account, as long as you do it before your next billing date. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. We'll email you a confirmation for every order.
Other promotions, such as free gifts, apply only if the order meets that promotion's conditions. They aren't guaranteed on every subscription order. We may change the subscription discount or end the program, and we'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email before a change affects your next order.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to PHD Corporation Pty Ltd or its licensors, including the OCD Nutrition, Headshot, Gates of Hell, Dry Hard and Real Protein names, logos, artwork, images and text. It may not be used without our written permission.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
