Hell Raisers — Get Paid to Post: programme terms

1. The programme

Hell Raisers is a content rewards programme run by PHD Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 30 606 248 088), the promoter of OCD Nutrition (“we”, “us”). Eligible customers who create approved content featuring OCD Nutrition products can earn OCD store credit. Rewards are store credit only — not cash, wages, a bank transfer or any other payment.

2. Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or over and live in Australia.
  • You must have an account on the OCD Nutrition online store with at least one completed, paid order. Credit is added to the account that matches the email you submit.
  • Employees of PHD Corporation and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. What earns credit

  • Instagram Story: $5 store credit (a screenshot is required, as Stories expire).
  • Instagram feed post: $10 store credit.
  • Instagram Reel or TikTok video: $15 store credit.

Website reviews do not earn credit.

4. Content requirements

  • An OCD Nutrition product must be clearly visible.
  • Tag @ocdnutrition_au and include #ad in the caption (or use the platform’s paid-partnership label) so followers know the post is rewarded.
  • The account and post must be public, and posted by the account you submit.
  • Content must be your own original work, posted no more than 14 days before you submit it, and stay live for at least 30 days.
  • Be honest. Rewards never depend on a positive opinion.
  • No health, medical or weight-loss claims, no use beyond the label directions, no one under 18 in the content, and nothing offensive, misleading or that infringes anyone else’s rights.
  • Don’t buy likes, followers or views.

5. Limits

  • Each piece of content can earn credit once. Posting the same content on more than one platform, or reposting it, counts as one submission.
  • Maximum of 4 approved submissions and $40 store credit per customer per calendar month.

6. Review

Every submission is reviewed against these terms. We aim to review submissions within 3 business days. We may approve, reject or ask for more information, and our decision is final. We may reject submissions that don’t meet these terms.

7. Store credit

  • Approved credit is added to your OCD Nutrition online store account. Log in at checkout to use it.
  • Credit can only be used on the OCD Nutrition online store. It cannot be used at Nutrition Warehouse or any other retailer, including for the in-store Poison Apple release.
  • Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expires 6 months after it is issued.
  • If a post is deleted within 30 days, or a submission is later found not to meet these terms, we may remove any unused credit issued for it.

8. Using your content

You keep ownership of your content. Submitting it does not give us permission to reuse it. If you tick the optional repost box when you submit, you allow us to repost the content on OCD Nutrition’s own social channels, crediting your handle. We will ask separately before using any content in paid advertising.

9. Privacy

We collect your name, email, social handle and submission details only to run the programme and issue credit, and handle them in line with our privacy policy.

10. General

We may change, suspend or end the programme where reasonably necessary. Credit already issued remains usable until it expires. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This programme is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or TikTok.
