Affiliate Program Terms

The OCD Nutrition Affiliate Program is run by PHD Corporation Pty Ltd, trading as OCD Nutrition ("we", "us"). By joining you agree to these terms.

1. Joining

You must be 18 or over and live in Australia or New Zealand. We review every application and may accept or decline any application. We may end the program, or your place in it, at any time.

2. Your code

Approved affiliates receive a personal discount code (for example NAME15) and a matching link. The code gives a customer 15% off their first order, once per customer, combined with free shipping where it applies. It can't be combined with other discount codes or product offers. Don't share your code on coupon or discount-code websites, and don't bid on "OCD Nutrition" or our product names in paid search ads.

3. Commission

  • You earn 15% of net sales made with your code, paid as OCD store credit.
  • In any calendar month where 20 or more different customers order with your code, you earn 20% on that month's net sales.
  • Net sales means the amount the customer paid, excluding GST and shipping, less any refunds or cancellations.
  • Your own orders, and orders placed on behalf of yourself, don't earn commission.

4. Payment

Commission is calculated monthly and added to your OCD customer account as store credit for orders more than 30 days old, after the refund window. Store credit can be used on ocdnutrition.com.au, can't be exchanged for cash and doesn't expire while the program runs. We'll email you a monthly summary of your customers, sales and credit.

5. How you promote OCD

  • Always make it clear you're an OCD affiliate when sharing your code (for example #ad or "affiliate link").
  • Don't make health, medical, weight-loss or results claims, and don't say our products treat, cure or prevent anything.
  • Don't promote caffeinated products to anyone under 18.
  • Follow the rules of each platform you post on, and Australian Consumer Law.

We may withhold or reverse commission earned in breach of these terms, and remove anyone who breaches them.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give us permission to reshare posts that feature OCD on our own channels, crediting you.
